The Great Awakening
Previous revivals came TO us and ON us. This time, it is IN us and must come OUT of us. We need to awaken and take hold of what God has placed within us.

Our foundation
What we stand on
Three pillars that define who we are, what we preach, and why we exist.
Voice in the Wilderness
There is a dire need for God's voice not to be lost in our nation. The onslaught against God's holy written word must be met with a clear, courageous response.
Learn moreOutreach
Ministering to anyone — meeting people where they are, with no conditions attached. This is the gospel in action.

Norman & Thelma Shum
Trinity Church Outreach
Our story
From the boardroom
to the pulpit
Norman never grew up religious. He lived his life for himself. Like Paul the apostle he encountered the Lord who revealed himself in 1994 at a crusade in Boksburg, Norman had a radical encounter with the Holy Spirit that night that changed everything. For 17 years he served as an executive director of a public company while quietly ministering to those in need.
The call to Ministry was always there but Norman prayed, waited for the Lord to say WHAT, WHERE, WHEN.
Then God spoke in 2009, 31st December. In late 2010, Norman and Thelma moved to Cape Town to plant Trinity Church Outreach.
